You are welcome to submit your pre-conference workshop proposal for the ISEE 2026 conference program!

Pre-conference workshops are interactive meetings or educational sessions, that occur on the first day of the annual conference (Sunday, August 30, 2026). All presenters are required to attend the conference in-person.

Workshops will be offered at additional cost to the registered participants of ISEE 2026.

Proposal submission deadline is January 16, 2026. Extended: January 23, 2026

Submission guidelines:

1. Half-day or full-day (incl. lunch)  |  no specific number of presenters required
   
2. The pre-conference workshop should address a specific area of environmental epidemiology.
3. The workshop should contain a theoretical and a practical part as well as sufficient time for Q&A.
4. Following details will be collected during submission:
   • Details and contact information of pre-conference workshop chairs and presenters
   • Title of the workshop (max. 250 characters)
   • Workshop type (half day or full day)
   • Workshop attendee limit
   • Workshop language
   • Workshop abstract (max. 300 words)
5. The workshop presenters are required to complete their registration before the registration deadline stated in the acceptance letter. Unregistered presenters will be removed from the conference program.
