Accommodation in Munich
Munich offers a wide range of hotels in various price categories at a convenient distance to the Science Congress Center Munich. However, please note that during the time of ISEE 2026, Munich will still be in its high tourist season, so we strongly recommend booking your accommodation early.
For your convenience, we have pre-reserved a limited number of rooms for ISEE 2026 participants in the two hotels located directly within the conference center building. Staying at one of these hotels allows you to reach the conference rooms within minutes and makes your visit especially convenient. Detailed information on room categories, rates, booking deadlines, and reservation procedures can be found below.

Alternatively, participants can book from a variety of nearby hotels through our official housing partner, TCH Hotels, offering flexibility and options to suit different preferences and budgets.
Bookings through TCH Hotels involve the establishment of a contract directly between the participant and TCH Hotels. Booking conditions can be found in the individual reservation offers.
Travel Awards & Financial Support
For participants requiring financial assistance, ISEE offers a limited number of Travel Awards to support attendance at ISEE 2026. These awards are intended to help offset travel, registration and accommodation costs.
Detailed information on eligibility criteria, application procedures and deadlines is available here. We strongly encourage interested participants to review the requirements and submit their applications by applicable deadlines.

We have been made aware of several scam emails and phishing attempts sent to ISEE 2026 participants. If you are contacted by any hotel agency regarding hotel rooms for ISEE 2026 (e.g. from Travel Housing Team / travellerpoint / ehotelservices / expoforhotelservices, Larry Ellison, Global Travel Team or EHS), please note that they are not operating on our behalf.

Plenary Speakers and Travel Awardees will receive all information regarding their hotel reservation from the conference organization only (registration@isee26.org).
