Childcare
We are pleased to offer professional childcare during ISEE 2026 for participants travelling with children. Our aim is to make the conference as accessible and welcoming as possible for everyone.
On-site childcare services will be provided by Proki Kinderevents, an experienced agency specialising in conference childcare.

The childcare service is available for children of registered conference participants.
The programme is intended for children between 3 and 10 years of age and offers a range of age-appropriate activities.
Childcare will be available during the main conference hours. Exact opening hours will be confirmed closer to the conference.
The childcare service will take place in one of the rooms at the conference venue, the Science Congress Center Munich.

Advance registration is required to ensure adequate staffing and appropriate space. Participants wishing to use the childcare service can add this option during the conference registration process. The registration portal can be accessed directly here.
Once your child(ren) have been successfully registered, we will contact you well in advance of the conference with further important information and may request additional details if needed.
We are pleased to announce that ISEE is subsidising the cost of the childcare service. It is therefore offered at a reduced fee of 70,00 EUR per child per day for registered participants. Details on pricing and booking options are available during the registration process.

> As places are limited, we strongly recommend early registration.
> Parents/guardians must remain reachable during childcare hours.
Important information:
The childcare service is currently not yet available in the registration portal. However, you are welcome to send us an email to express your interest, and we will notify you as soon as the service becomes available online.
