Registration Information:
- Please use a standard browser (e.g., Google Chrome) for the registration process. If you encounter any issues (e.g., an “Internal Server Error”), please clear your cache and try again. If the problem persists, please click here for further instructions.
- Please note that the login details for the abstract platform do not automatically apply to the registration system. You will therefore need to create a new profile unless you already have one from last year (ISES–ISEE 2025).
- If internal approval processes delay your payment, we offer maximum flexibility. Please register by the Early Bird deadline; payment can be completed later.
- Travel Award applicants may also wait until results are announced. If no award is granted, you may cancel free of charge and receive a full refund.
- If your payment will be delayed, please leave a note in the “Remarks” section during registration.
Our registration platform allows you to create a personal user profile to book conference participation and access your registration at any time to update details or add bookings.
Please note that this profile is separate from the abstract submission system. Presenting authors must use the same email address as for abstract submission to avoid communication issues.
Registration fees include catering during the conference. To support our sustainability goals and reduce our environmental footprint, all conference catering will be fully vegetarian / vegan.

Participant type requirements
1 Member Fees are applicable only if membership status is active at the dates of the conference. Membership status will be verified during the online registration process.
2 Government Fees are available for non-academics, i.e., in positions where one is either considered a civil servant or if the government agency does not cover the costs of professional memberships. Confirmation of your status needs to be provided during the online registration process.
3 Early Career Fees are available to New Researcher (less than 5 years of experience from terminal degree). Proof of degree completion is required to be provided during the online registration process.
The Conference Organization reserves the right to allocate your registration to the appropriate category in case relevant documentation is missing or not valid.
4 LMIC Fees: To qualify for these rates, you must be a resident of an eligible country. Please find the list of countries here.
5 Student Fees: A valid Student ID must be provided during the online registration process. The Conference Organization reserves the right to allocate your registration to the appropriate category in case relevant documentation is missing or not valid.
6 Accompanying Person Fees include access to the exhibition & poster area and participation in the welcome reception on Sunday, August 30, 2026. Accompanying persons may not attend any scientific sessions.

Registration guidelines
Visa Invitation Letter:
As soon as your registration payment has been fully received and processed in the system, the button “Receive Invitation Letter by email” will appear in your registration profile. Please note that this may take some time after the payment has been made. Once the button is visible, you can click on it and your invitation letter will be sent to your email address automatically.
Notice for Invoice revision requests:
Any modification of VAT number, address or financial documentation, requested after the issuing of the invoice or receipt, will result in an administrative fee of 50,00 EUR.
Notice for Badge Printing Service:
Participants receive their name badges at the registration counter. The name badges must be worn in a visible manner by all participants throughout the Event. Access to the Event will be denied without a name badge. A processing fee of 30,00 EUR will be charged for reissuing the name badge.
Payment methods:
Payment can be made by credit card, Apple Pay or by bank transfer. The official currency of the conference is euros (EUR). Payment by credit card and Apple Pay can be done during the online registration process. No credit card fee will be charged. You will get a confirmation of registration and payment within 5 working days via email. For paying by bank transfer, you will receive an invoice including all payment details within 5 working days via email. All bank charges have to be covered by the delegate.
The registration for the conference is only valid after receipt of the full registration fees. If you have not paid the fees within the mentioned deadlines, the higher fee will apply and you will receive a new invoice from the conference organization subsequently.
Cancelation Policy:
All registration changes and cancelations must be communicated to K.I.T. Group in written form (by email). In case of cancelation of the registration or cancelation of single bookings received by April 30, 2026, a cancelation fee of 50% of the registration fee applies. No refund will be given for any cancelations made after April 30, 2026, and the claim for the full payment of all registration fees remains, respectively.
- In case of cancelations due to rejection of the submitted abstract, your registration will be canceled without any cancelation fee.
- In case of cancelations due to denied VISA applications, the full registration fee minus a processing fee of 50,00 EUR will be refunded after the conference if the visa was applied for in time. To apply for the refund, a proof of timely application together with an official notice from the embassy confirming that a visa could not be granted needs to be forwarded to K.I.T. Group by email.
- No refund will be given for unattended events, in case of illness or early termination of attendance.
Cancelation Policy | Pre-Conference Workshops:
For booked Pre-Conference Workshops, the cancelation fees as stated above will apply. If the number of attendees at one of the Pre-Conference Workshops is below 20, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the session. In this case, participants will be informed in due time and receive a full refund of the paid fees.
